About the art of making do.

I’ve always liked being a resourceful person, whether for fun or necessity.  With frugality on the upswing lately, it seemed a good idea to make a scrapbook of past and future projects that I’ve undertaken with less than ideal means.  Perhaps it will manage to serve as both a self-aggrandizing journal for myself AND a handy guide of random how-to’s for others.  As time goes on, I hope to diligently record my recipes for a wide assortment of make-do tasks- from how to bake a Barbie cake with a handful of mismatched pans and bowls, to how-to turn skittles and tin foil into Darth Vader’s breastplate.  I hope you find something helpful here, or at least enjoy the read.
